Tennessee State Route 449 is a highway in Sevier County, Tennessee. It runs from the Dolly Parton Parkway (U.S. Highway 411) overlaying Veterans Boulevard and some of Middle Creek Road in Sevierville south to U.S. Highway 441/U.S. Highway 321 (Great Smoky Mountains Parkway) in Pigeon Forge . It serves a bypass around the busy tourist areas in Sevierville and Pigeon Forge.

Tennessee State Route 449 is a more direct route to Dollywood and Dollywood's Splash Country when traveling from the North. This route avoids the congested traffic areas along the Great Smoky Mountains Parkway through Sevierville and Pigeon Forge.

As of 2012, TN 449 is unmarked as a state highway throughout its length. The route is simply signed as Veterans Boulevard.
