Arkansas Highway 281 is a 12-mile-long (19 km) state highway in Boone County, Arkansas. It is made up of two segments, which are separated by 1 mile (1.6 km) of Arkansas Highway 14.

The route begins at AR 7 north of Bergman and heads through Boone. The route continues a short distance towards Bull Shoals Lake before terminating.
