Arkansas Highway 289 (AR 289 and Hwy. 289) is the designation of two state highways that runs in northern Arkansas.

Arkansas Highway 289 is a route of 37.4 miles (60.2 km) in Fulton and Izard Counties.

AR 289 begins at AR 56 in Franklin and runs north to meet AR 354 in Horeshoe Bend. The route continues north to Glencoe, where it begins to run concurrent with US 62/US 412. It breaks from those two routes near Kittle. AR 175 begins from AR 289 in Cherokee Village, after which the route trails north to AR 9 in Mammoth Spring, where it terminates.

Arkansas Highway 289 is a route of 5.0 miles (8.0 km) Izard County. It is the second of two routes signed AR 289 in Izard County.

AR 289 begins at AR 69 Spur and runs northeast to Zion.
