Highway 355 is a north–south highway in southwest Arkansas. Its southern terminus is at an intersection with U.S. Route 67 in Fulton. Its northern terminus is at an intersection with U.S. Route 278 2 miles (3.2 km) south of Center Point. Communities along this 32-mile (51 km) route include Fulton, McNab, Saratoga, Tollelle, and Mineral Springs.

A second section of Highway 355 begins at an intersection with Arkansas Highway 174 6 miles (9.7 km) southwest of Hope and runs 3 miles (4.8 km) southeast, ending at Arkansas Highway 29 at Evening Shade.

A third section begins at an intersection with Arkansas Highway 29 5 miles (8.0 km) south of Evening Shade and runs east then southeast 23 miles (37 km) before ending at an intersection with U.S. Route 371 at Lamartine.
