State Route 146 (SR 146) is a highway that runs west-to-east through portions of Catoosa county in northwestern Georgia. The route runs from its western terminus at US 27 and SR 1 in Fort Oglethorpe to its eastern terminus at US 41, US 76, and SR 3 northwest of Indian Springs.

The route crosses I-75 just prior to reaching its southern terminus.
