State Route 147 (SR 147) is a highway that runs west-to-east through portions of Toombs and Tattnall counties in east-central Georgia. The route runs from its western terminus at US 1, SR 4 and SR 15 southeast of Uvalda to its eastern terminus at US 280 and SR 30 in Reidsville.

The route runs east for 8.5 miles (13.7 km) as just SR 147, then is co-signed with SR 178 for 4.1 miles (6.6 km), and then continues on as just SR 147 again to its eastern terminus in Reidsville.
