State Route 125 (SR 125) is a state highway that runs south-to-north through portions of Lowndes, Berrien, Tift, Irwin, and Ben Hill counties in southern Georgia. The route runs from its southern terminus at US 41 and SR 7 in Valdosta to its northern terminus at SR 107 in Fitzgerald.

The route runs north from its southern terminus through Moody Air Force Base and then Ray City, where it meets with and is co-signed with US 129 and SR 11 to Nashville. The route then splits off on its own as SR 125 towards the northwest and angles towards I-75 and Tifton, where it again meets and is briefly co-signed with US 41 and SR 7. Before leaving Tifton the route again splits off as just SR 125 and continues north, paralleling I-75, and then angles northeast close to its meeting with SR 32, and is co-signed with SR 32 through Irwinville, before splitting off again on its own and heading northeast to its northern terminus.
