State Route 151 (SR 151) is a highway that runs north-to-south through portions of Catoosa and Walker counties in northwestern Georgia. The route runs from its northern terminus at its connection with SR 321 across the Tennessee state line near Ringgold to its southern terminus at US 27 and SR 1 northwest of Lafayette.

The route runs south from the Tennessee state line for 5.0 miles (8.0 km) to Ringgold, crosses I-75 southwest of Ringgold, and runs roughly parallel and between I-59 and I-75 to its southern terminus.
