State Route 177 is a highway in two distinct sections, split by the Okefenokee National Wildlife Refuge and Okefenokee Wilderness, that runs north-to-south through portions of Clinch, Charlton, and Ware counties in southeastern Georgia.

The route runs for 11.7 miles (18.8 km) from its northern terminus at US 82/SR 520 southeast of Waycross to its junction with US 1/US 23/SR 4, and continues south into the Okefenokee National Wildlife Refuge as the Okefenokee Swamp Park Road, until it terminates.

The route then restarts in Stephen C. Foster State Park and continues for 20 miles (32 km) to its southern terminus at US 441/SR 89/SR 94 just south of Fargo.
