State Route 315 (SR 315) is a west-east state highway in the west central part of the U.S. state of Georgia. The highway runs 29.8 miles (48.0 km) from southwestern Harris County to west central Talbot County.

SR 315 begins at an intersection with SR 219 in rural southwestern Harris County. It heads northeast to an interchange with Interstate 185 (I-185). The route then curves east, and then southeast, to a very brief concurrency with US 27/SR 1 in Cataula. In Ellerslie, SR 315 has a brief concurrency with US 27 Alternate/SR 85. The highway heads east, and curves to the northeast before it enters Talbot County, where it reaches its eastern terminus, an intersection with SR 208 west of Talbotton.
