State Route 32 (SR 32) is a state highway that runs west-to-east through portions of Terrell, Lee, Worth, Turner, Irwin, Coffee, Bacon, Pierce, Brantley, and Glynn counties in southern Georgia. The route runs from its western terminus at SR 45, SR 49, and SR 520 in Dawson to its eastern terminus at US 27, US 341, SR 27, and SR 99 in Sterling.

From its western terminus in Dawson at SR 45/SR 49/SR 520, SR 32 runs east to Leesburg, where it is briefly concurrent with US 19/SR 3. The route continues east from Leesburg to Ashburn, where it briefly runs concurrent with SR 112, then, for a much longer distance, US 41/SR 7. South of Sycamore, SR 32 departs US 41/SR 7 and continues east. It intersects Interstate 75 at exit 78, then continues east. The route has a 5 miles (8.0 km) concurrency with SR 125 for several miles before arriving in Ocilla. In Ocilla, the route intersects US 129/US 319/SR 11/SR 35. The route continues east from Ocilla, to Douglas, where the route intersects US 441/SR 31 and US 221/SR 135. SR 32 continues to Alma, where it intersects US 1/US 23/SR 4. In Patterson, the route intersects US 84/SR 38. In Hortense, the route intersects US 301/SR 23. It then continues east until it arrives at its eastern terminus at US 27, US 341, SR 27, and SR 99 in Sterling.

A largely rural route, SR 32 sees only minor traffic except around Douglas. Much of the route sees an Annual Average Daily Traffic (AADT) of 10,000 vehicles or less.
