State Route 68 (SR 68) is a state highway that runs south-to-north through portions of Washington County in east-central Georgia. The route runs from its southern terminus at SR 57 southeast of Oconee to its northern terminus at SR 24 just west of Sandersville.

The route initially runs north from its southern terminus, then turns slightly northeast at its intersection with SR 272, and runs into Tenille. There, SR 68 turns northwest until its terminus just west of Sandersville.
