State Route 215 is a highway that runs northwest-to-southeast through portions of Dooly, Wilcox, and Ben Hill counties in central Georgia. The route runs from its northwestern terminus at SR 27 in Vienna to its southeastern terminus at SR 90 northwest of Fitzgerald.

The route runs southeast and then south from its northwestern terminus as SR 215 for 20.7 miles (33.3 km). In Pitts, it joins US 280 and SR 30, and is co-signed with these highways for 5.0 miles (8.0 km), running east. In Rochelle, the route then turns southeast again and runs for 12.8 miles (20.6 km) to its southern terminus.
