Current Constructions
- MAPNC-180 (Cherryville Rd) will be permanently changing alignments for the construction of the Shelby Bypass. Traffic will be switched from the old, existing NC-180 alignment onto the new construction alignment on Saturday, June 1st. NC-180 traffic will be halted temporarily to close the old roadway and switch traffic onto the new roadway. NC-150 (Cherryville Rd) will also be temporarily halted to clear the intersection of NC-180 and NC-150 and deactivate the traffic signal.
